Björn Laukemann is a Professor of Civil Law and German/International Civil Procedure Law at the University of Tübingen's Faculty of Law. His work focuses on European and International Insolvency Law , Private International Law , and the intersection of Artificial Intelligence with Legal Dispute Resolution . He also contributes to Comparative Procedural Law and Digital Legal Innovation .
