Caroline D'Abate is a Professor of Management at Skidmore College, specializing in organizational behavior, team dynamics, and career attitudes. She joined the faculty full-time in 2003 after earning her Ph.D. from SUNY and has since contributed significantly to pedagogical innovation and research in management education.
