Almudena Cañibano is a Professor in the Department of Work & Human Relations at ESCP Business School, holding positions across its six European campuses. She specializes in Human Resource Management with a focus on the evolving nature of work, flexible work arrangements, and their impacts on employee wellbeing and organizational performance. Her research bridges theory and practice, addressing topics such as telework dynamics, remote work privacy concerns, and paradoxical phenomena in workplace flexibility. She co-directs the Research Center on Happiness & Well-being in Management and the Sponsored Chair Women in Finance, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration and societal impact.
