Nora Meziani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Work & Human Relations at ESCP Business School. She holds affiliations across multiple ESCP campuses and previously worked at the University of Liverpool and HEC Montreal. She earned her PhD from La Sorbonne University and ESCP.
Her research focuses on sensemaking, communication dynamics, intuition, and embodiment, with a particular interest in inventive qualitative methods. Recent work explores legacy transmission in family businesses and organizational imprinting by founders. She employs discursive and conversational analysis in studying artistic sectors (filmmaking, haute cuisine) and extreme environments (firefighting, hospitals).
Nora actively advises PhD students on topics like sensemaking and embodiment. She contributes to ESCP’s interdisciplinary research initiatives and is involved in teaching across the School’s six European campuses.
