Timothy Arcaro is a tenured Professor of Law at the Shepard Broad College of Law, Nova Southeastern University . Holding a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, he is admitted to the Florida and Pennsylvania bars and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
