Dr. Elizabeth Roumell is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education Administration and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University, serving as tenured faculty, Associate Department Head for Academic Affairs, and Executive Director of the Texas Center for the Advancement of Literacy and Learning (TCALL). She holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Wyoming (2009) and specializes in adult learning, policy analysis, and graduate supervision. Her research emphasizes identity development in adult learners, education policy reform, and global social justice in adult education. She has secured over $7 million in grants and authored/co-authored 30+ peer-reviewed articles, 12 book chapters, and a co-edited book on human rights and sustainability.
