MATTYNA STEPHENS is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Adult Education and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University. She holds a Ph.D. from Texas A&M, an M.A. in Health and Kinesiology from The Ohio State University, and a B.S. in Health and Kinesiology from Johnson C. Smith University.
Her research focuses on adult learning principles, organizational development, and leadership in educational contexts. She has published over 20 refereed articles, three book chapters, and serves on two journal editorial boards and three dissertation committees. Dr. Stephens also authored two children's books and is active in professional organizations like the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education.
