Prof. Dr. Annika Goeze holds the Chair of Educational Science with a focus on professional and company-based continuing education at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen since April 2021. She was previously a professor at TU Chemnitz (2019-2021) and has held visiting positions at Ruhr University Bochum and Karl-Franzens University of Graz. Her work centers on professional development , digital media in education , and implementation research in adult education. Her research includes: Video case-based teaching for competence development Digital sovereignty in language education Personnel diagnostics in continuing education Teacher training program evaluation Implementation research in educational systems Recent article trends emphasize digital media integration in teacher training, leadership development, and evidence-based professional development. She leads the DFG-funded DigiNICs project and has secured grants from BMBF and the State of Baden-Württemberg. Scientific awards include the Leibniz Mentoring Program scholarship and DFG Young Researchers’ Academy admission. Her collaborative work includes the development of the Online Case Laboratory (www.videofallarbeit.de).
