David L. Waldman, M.D., Ph.D., is a Professor of Imaging Sciences and Chief Medical IT Development Officer at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). He has been a faculty member since 1994 and served as Chair of the Department of Imaging Sciences since 2003, overseeing significant departmental growth and research expansion.
