Tim Vogus is a Professor at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, specializing in organizational behavior and healthcare management. He holds leadership roles as Faculty Director of the Leadership Development Program and Deputy Director of the Frist Center for Autism and Innovation. His research focuses on healthcare safety culture, neurodiversity inclusion, and mindful organizing practices to enhance organizational reliability. Education: Ph.D. from the University of Michigan (2004) and B.A. from Michigan State University (1995). Prior to Vanderbilt, he taught at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
