Mathieu Berger is an Associate Professor in the Sport Sciences Department at Université Jean Monnet, Saint-Étienne, appointed in October 2023. He leads research in exercise physiology and adapted physical activities and will serve as the program director of the International Health and Performance Science (HPS) Master in 2024. His research is affiliated with the [PAF] team at the LIBM laboratory, focusing on health, performance, and sleep interactions. He also develops epidemiological models to identify early cardiovascular risk markers during sleep using polysomnography and HRV.
