Prof. Thomas Szanto is a Professor of European Political Philosophy at Europa-Universität Flensburg since 2024. He holds a dual affiliation as Recurrent Visiting Professor at the Center for Subjectivity Research (University of Copenhagen). His research bridges social/political philosophy with phenomenology and emotion theory, focusing on normative political emotions, collective agency, and epistemic justice.
