Jonathan Way is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Southampton and served as a 2018-19 CEPA Faculty Fellow. His research spans epistemic and practical normativity, focusing on reasons, rationality, value, and fittingness. He co-edited the influential volume Normativity: Epistemic and Practical (Oxford UP, 2018) and has published in top-tier journals including Ethics, Mind, and Philosophy and Phenomenological Research. During his fellowship at the Murphy Institute, Way worked on his book project Getting Things Right: On Fittingness, Reasons, and Value.
