Assoc. Prof. Gözde İyigün is a faculty member and coordinator in the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at the School of Health Services, Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU). Her research focuses on neurorehabilitation, geriatric physiotherapy, and stroke recovery, with a particular interest in dual-task training, cognitive-motor interactions, and virtual reality applications in rehabilitation. Education includes a PhD from the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation (2012), an MS in Physiotherapy (Neurological Specialization, 2007), and a BS in Physiotherapy from Hacettepe University (2005). She coordinates interdisciplinary projects involving biomechanics, oncology rehabilitation, and technology-assisted therapies. Her publications (n=15+) address topics such as gait analysis in elderly fallers, lymphedema management in breast cancer survivors, and randomized controlled trials evaluating interventions for stroke patients.
