Jennifer Sturge serves as Core Faculty at the School of Education , Antioch University Seattle. With a professional trajectory spanning special education teaching, school librarianship, and library program coordination in Calvert County Public Schools, she transitioned to higher education in 2018, teaching at the University of Maryland, McDaniel College, Towson University, Wayne State University, and Pennsylvania Western University before joining Antioch. EdD in Leadership and Administration, Point Park University MAS in Administrator Certificate, Towson University MS in School Library and Instructional Technology, Mansfield University BS in Special Education, Clarion University Her research focuses on information literacy instruction , school library administration , and literacy education , with significant contributions to social justice in librarianship and digital storytelling . She has presented at major conferences including the Future of Educational Technology Conference and American Library Association Conference . Key awards include the Library Journal Mover and Shaker (2021) and the National School Library Program of the Year (2021). She serves as a Research and Instruction Librarian at Antioch University Library and maintains active affiliations with the American Library Association , Washington Library Association , and Oregon Association of School Librarians .
