Brent Lyons is an Associate Professor of Organization Studies at the Schulich School of Business, York University. His research focuses on stigma, identity management, and worker well-being, particularly within marginalized groups such as disabled employees. He holds significant academic roles, including editorial board memberships for top journals like Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Management . Lyons has earned notable awards, including the York Research Chair in Stigmatization and Social Identity and the Seymour Schulich Teaching Excellence Award.
