Sabine Otten is a Professor of Intergroup Relations and Social Integration, and Diversity & Inclusion Officer at the Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences, University of Groningen. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Muenster (1991). Her research focuses on intergroup relations, cultural diversity, social integration, and workplace inclusion. She teaches courses in social and cross-cultural psychology and supervises graduate theses.
