M.K. Ryan is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Economics and Business. His research focuses on gender inequality, diversity management, and the psychological mechanisms underlying social dynamics. He holds a position at the Department of Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour and has been actively involved in academic leadership.
