Ann E. Fronczek is an Associate Professor and Director of the Undergraduate and PhD Programs at the Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Binghamton University. Her expertise spans telehealth education, curriculum development, and nursing leadership. She co-directs the Southern Tier Telehealth Center, fostering research and training in telehealth technologies, and collaborates with the Watson College.
