Rachel Ambagtsheer is a Research Fellow and Senior Lecturer in Health at Torrens University Australia, based in the Centre for Public Health, Equity and Human Flourishing (PHEHF). With over 20 years of experience in health research, policy, and consulting, she specializes in frailty, aging, and healthcare system interactions.
