معرفی
Andrei Frolov is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Simon Fraser University, Canada. His research focuses on theoretical cosmology, gravitational physics, and black hole dynamics. He holds a PhD from the University of Alberta and has held postdoctoral positions at Stanford University and the Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics (CITA). Frolov’s work spans cosmological models of inflation, observational tests of early universe theories, and numerical relativity simulations. He is affiliated with the Cosmology Group at SFU and has contributed to major international projects like the Planck mission, earning awards such as the 2019 Cocconi Prize and Gruber Cosmology Prize. His research group advises PhD and MSc students exploring topics like black hole evaporation, cosmic microwave background (CMB) foregrounds, and gravitational lensing.
