Zvikomborero Chadambuka is an Assistant Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School. His research focuses on law and technology, property systems in the digital age, comparative legal frameworks, and human rights. He teaches courses including Property Law and International Protection of Human Rights.
Dr. Chadambuka holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Institutions from the University of Turin, an LL.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law (with High Honors), an M.S. from SOAS, University of London (Distinction), and an LL.B. from the University of Zimbabwe.
His work examines intersections between traditional property models and modern digital economies, pandemic policy responses, and debt management frameworks. Notable publications include analyses of Zimbabwe’s pandemic governance deficits and critiques of Western property paradigms in the digital era.
His scholarship spans multiple regions, with contributions to human rights discourse in urban governance and criminal justice systems. Current research emphasizes legal adaptations to technological advancements and their societal impacts.
