Zoe Segal-Reichlin is a Lecturer in Law and Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, where she co-teaches a negotiation seminar focused on enhancing students' conceptual understanding and practical skills in negotiation. She is also the General Counsel for Everytown for Gun Safety, bringing extensive experience from prior leadership roles in legal advocacy.

Her professional expertise lies in nonprofit law, political law, and civil rights advocacy. She has designed and delivered negotiation training in corporate, nonprofit, and government settings, emphasizing practical application and strategic thinking. Her work bridges legal practice and legal education, with a strong commitment to public interest law and social impact.
Zoe has held significant legal leadership positions, including Senior Associate General Counsel and Director of Advocacy & Political Law at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood Action Fund, and previously worked as a litigation associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. She also served as George N. Lindsay Fellow at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and as legislative director for a New York City Councilmember prior to law school.
She has not published scientific articles or received academic awards, and there is no mention of graduate students she has advised. Her academic role is part-time and adjunct, aligned with her primary career in legal practice.
