Zoe Lindenfeld, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, specializing in health policy and services research. Dr. Lindenfeld holds a Ph.D. in Public Health Policy and Management from NYU School of Global Public Health and a B.S. from Cornell University.
