Zhiyao Duan is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Rochester, with affiliations to the Goergen Institute for Data Science. He holds a B.S. and M.S. from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
