Thomas Howard is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Rochester since 2015. He has held prior roles as a research scientist and postdoctoral associate at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, a research technologist at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and a lecturer in mechanical engineering at Caltech.
