Zeynep Akşin Karaesmen is a Professor in the Operations Management and Information Systems group at Koç University, where she has been since Fall 2002. She holds a PhD (1996) and MS (1994) in Operations Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University (1990). Previously, she served as faculty at INSEAD and was a visiting scholar at Kellogg School of Management (2008-2009).
