Andrew Frazelle

Andrew Frazelle is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), within the Jindal School of Management (JSOM). His research focuses on service operations management, strategic customer behavior in queueing systems, and the sharing economy. He holds a PhD in Decision Sciences from Duke University and a BS in Industrial Engineering (with highest honors) from Georgia Institute of Technology.

His research explores topics such as rent-to-own business models, service network optimization, and autonomous vehicle integration in ride-hailing platforms. He received the MSOM Service Management SIG Best Paper Award for his contributions to service management research.

Professional affiliations include INFORMS, MSOM Society, and POMS. His research bridges theory and practice, addressing challenges in service systems, supply chains, and emerging business models.
