Zehra Ece Serman

Dr. Zehra Ece Serman is a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Greenwich, affiliated with the School of Management and Marketing under the Faculty of Business. She holds a BSc in Business with Management (Birkbeck University of London), an MSc in Business Analytics (Queen Mary University of London), and a PhD in Management (Birkbeck University of London). Her research focuses on consumer behaviour and digital marketing, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. Prior to her current role, she worked across UK institutions and has extensive experience teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervising MBA and MPhil theses.
