Ratnesvary Alahakone

Dr. Ratnesvary Alahakone is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at the School of Management and Marketing, University of Greenwich. Previously a Lecturer at Aberystwyth University, Wales, she has extensive experience in developing and delivering HR and business modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She served as Director of Undergraduate Studies for Management, Marketing and Tourism programmes and as the Business School link for international collaborations.

Education includes:

• MSc and PhD from Kingston University (UK), funded by GTA studentship
• Grad ICSA, MBA (HRM), MBSR, PGCTHLE
• FHEA (Fellow of the Higher Education Academy)

Her research focuses on Human Resources Management and Organisational Behaviour, with teaching spanning workshops, seminars, and curriculum development across multicultural academic environments.
