Elmina Homapour

Dr Elmina Homapour is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Marketing, Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. She specializes in Business Analytics, Organizational Development, and Financial Mathematics, with additional expertise in Leadership, Mental Health, and Whistleblowing.

Education:

• PhD in Business, University of Greenwich.

Her research focuses on the intersection of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Organizational Development, alongside exploring emotional dynamics, mental health, and wellbeing in professional contexts. She also investigates whistleblowing mechanisms and leadership strategies.

Scientific Awards:

• Fellow of the Higher Education Academy
• Prominent Young Manufacturer by UNIDO Representative in Iran (2008)

Elmina has supervised BSc, MSc, and PhD students and has held teaching roles at Queen Mary University of London (2012–2018) and De Montfort University. She has applied her expertise in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics as an accountant, manager, and data analyst in transport, insurance, and banking sectors.
