Zbigniew Chajecki

Zbigniew Chajecki is an Associate Professor of Physics at Western Michigan University specializing in experimental nuclear physics. His research investigates the equation of state of dense nuclear matter with applications to neutron star physics, nuclear fission of exotic nuclei, and astrophysical r-process nucleosynthesis. He conducts experiments at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory and will utilize the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams.
