Professor Zachary D. Kaufman, J.D., Ph.D., is a faculty member at the University of Florida's Levin College of Law. His expertise spans Criminal Law, International Law, National Security Law, and Transitional Justice, with a focus on Rwanda, atrocity prevention, and human rights.
