Zachary Cook is an Assistant Professor of Politics at Lake Forest College, specializing in parties and elections, public opinion, and the presidency. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Northwestern University and a BA from Williams College.
His research focuses on youth political behavior, historical public opinion trends, and comparative electoral dynamics. Key works include his 2024 book Is The Youth Vote Liberal? and articles on partisan regimes and generational political attitudes. He has presented at major conferences like the Midwest and Southern Political Science Association meetings.
