Yuting Wu Chen

Yuting Wu Chen is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, affiliated with the College of Engineering. She holds a BS from UIUC (2007), MS (2009), and PhD (2011) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Her research spans terahertz photonics and engineering education innovation. She teaches courses like ECE 220 (Computer Systems & Programming) and ENG 580 (Teaching and Leadership), emphasizing pedagogical excellence and student engagement.
