Dr. Yumeng Yue is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Her research focuses on the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral dynamics of frontline service employees (FLEs), particularly how interactions with customers affect well-being, service quality, and stakeholder relationships.
