Yuliana Toderika

Dr. Yuliana Toderika serves as an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Long Island University's Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where she maintains a full-time faculty position. She precepts pharmacy students and residents in ambulatory care rotations with specialized expertise in geriatric pharmacotherapy, diabetes management, anticoagulation, and transition-of-care services.

Her academic foundation includes a B.S. in Chemistry with Biochemistry concentration and Psychology minor from Wagner College, followed by a Pharm.D. from Long Island University's College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2010. She completed ASHP-accredited PGY-1 and PGY-2 residencies specializing in Geriatrics at Kinsbrook Jewish Medical Center.

Dr. Toderika's research centers on optimizing medication therapy for elderly populations in outpatient settings, with significant contributions to Alzheimer's disease therapeutics, insomnia management, diabetes care, and cardiovascular risk reduction.
