Toderika Yuliana

Dr. Toderika Yuliana is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Long Island University. She specializes in ambulatory care and geriatrics, focusing on diabetes, anticoagulation management, and transition of care. Her research interests include chronic disease management of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and anticoagulation therapy.

Dr. Toderika earned her B.S. in Chemistry (Biochemistry concentration) from Wagner College and her Pharm.D. from Long Island University's pharmacy college in 2010. She completed ASHP-accredited PGY-1 and PGY-2 residencies in Geriatrics at Kinsbrook Jewish Medical Center. She currently precepts students and residents at Montefiore Medical Center's ambulatory care rotations.

Her professional achievements include multiple awards from Kinsbrook Jewish Medical Center (2011–2012) and the Alumni Association Board of Directors Professional Excellence Award (2010). She actively participates in interprofessional education programs and serves on committees for asthma management initiatives. Dr. Toderika is affiliated with the Royal Counties of New York State Council of Health-System Pharmacists (NYSCHP) and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP).
