Dr. Haley M. Phillippe serves as Associate Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy and Clinical Associate Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, Huntsville Campus. Her clinical practice focuses on disease state management and pharmacotherapy services at a large family medicine center while educating medical residents, students, pharmacy residents, and pharmacy students.
She earned her Pharm.D. from Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy in 2006 followed by an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Practice residency emphasizing ambulatory care at Huntsville Hospital. Board certified as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) since 2007 and Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) since 2017, she joined the HSOP faculty in 2007.
Her research and clinical interests center on geriatrics, anticoagulation, diabetes, transitions of care, and drugs of abuse, leveraging over 10 years of skilled nursing facility experience to optimize patient outcomes in these specialized areas.

Dr. Phillippe actively mentors trainees across medical and pharmacy disciplines while contributing to national organizations including ASCP, ASHP, and ACCP through committee leadership. Her scholarly work includes numerous research presentations at national meetings and publications in clinical pharmacy literature.
