Lisa Phillips

Elizabeth (Lisa) Phillips is Associate Professor and Chair of Pharmacy Practice and Administration at St. John Fisher University's Wegmans School of Pharmacy. Certified in Anticoagulation Care and Applied Pharmacology, she holds a PharmD and BSPharm from University of Buffalo.

Her 24-year clinical practice focuses on ambulatory care, cardiovascular risk reduction, and diabetes management. She directs an ASHP-accredited PGY-2 Ambulatory Care residency affiliated with Upstate University Hospital.

Accomplishments

• Pioneered collaborative practice models influencing NYS pharmacist scope-of-practice laws
• Developed online pathway curriculum for Pharmacy Practice Department
• Serves on NYSCHP Research and Education Foundation Board
