Angela Nagel

Dr. Angela Nagel is an assistant professor at St. John Fisher University’s Wegmans School of Pharmacy, where she serves as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. With over 20 years of pharmacy practice experience, she specializes in clinical pharmacy, hypertension control, diabetes management, and ambulatory care.

• Education: Pharm.D. from Shenandoah University, B.S. from the University of Buffalo

Her research focuses on improving patient outcomes through quality initiatives and addressing healthcare disparities. Recent publications highlight hypertension management, hormonal contraceptive safety, and pharmacovigilance in diabetes and oncology.

Dr. Nagel actively contributes to academic and professional societies, including the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP). She has received multiple awards for her research, teaching, and advisory roles.
