Yuchi Young is Associate Professor in the Department of Health Policy, Management and Behavior at University at Albany's College of Integrated Health Sciences. With DrPH and MPH degrees from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, her research examines health outcomes in aging populations.
Her work focuses on long-term care systems, functional recovery in elderly hip fracture patients, successful aging models, coordinated care approaches, and preventable hospitalizations among nursing home residents. Recent research includes comparative studies of:
