Youngoh Jung is an Assistant Professor in the American Studies department, specializing in interdisciplinary historical research on race, gender, and US empire. His work emphasizes diasporic Korean American history and critiques of US militarism and imperialism.
He holds a Ph.D. in History with a Specialization in Critical Gender Studies from UC San Diego (2024).
