Prof. Yotam Kaplan is the Frieda & Solomon Rosenzweig Professor of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Law School. His research focuses on private law, particularly remedies and unjust enrichment, addressing societal challenges like the climate crisis, opioid epidemic, and AI technologies through legal frameworks.
