Bonnie Kaplan, PhD, FACMI, is a Lecturer in the Yale School of Public Health's Department of Biostatistics, Division of Health Informatics. She holds affiliations with the Yale Interdisciplinary Bioethics Center, Yale Law School's Information Society Project, Yale Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy, and the Yale School of Medicine's Program for Biomedical Ethics and Center for Biomedical Data Science.
