Dr. Yeun Sim Sarah Jeong is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Sydney Nursing School, University of Sydney, with concurrent roles as a Gerontological Nurse Specialist at NSW Health Centre for Population Health and Honorary Conjoint Scholar at Central Coast Local Health District. She coordinates state-wide health programs and advises on research for chronic disease prevention.
Her research focuses on:
- Advance care planning and end-of-life decision-making
- Dementia care models and health service integration
- Population health strategies for chronic disease prevention
- Health policy translation and gerontological nursing practice
