Yeonjung Lee is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Social Work, University of Calgary, with affiliations including the Hotchkiss Brain Institute and O'Brien Institute for Public Health. Her research focuses on caregiving, aging populations, and mental health.

Lee’s research investigates caregiving outcomes, accessibility for older adults, and intergenerational learning. She leads projects such as the CAFE Study, analyzing caregiving and financial conditions in Canadian seniors, and CoCOA, mapping community resiliency in Calgary.
Recent publications include media coverage of caregiving challenges in The New York Times (2013) and Reuters Health (2014), alongside studies on aging infrastructure and student engagement with older adults.
