Dr. Yeonjeong (YJ) Kim is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business, Duquesne University, specializing in Business Ethics and Global Citizenship education. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Carnegie Mellon University, along with M.S. and M.A. degrees in Statistics and Quantitative Methods from Yonsei University, South Korea.
Her research focuses on three core areas: moral character and business ethics, conflict management and team performance, and employee selection. Her work has been published in journals such as Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and Journal of Business Ethics. She has earned awards from the Society for Personality and Social Psychology, International Association for Conflict Management, and Yonsei University for her contributions to research and scholarship.
Dr. Kim’s academic career includes a postdoctoral fellowship at MIT’s Center for Collective Intelligence. Her teaching emphasizes ethical leadership and global citizenship, reflecting her commitment to integrating research and pedagogy.
