Yaw Sarfo is a Research Fellow at Harper Adams Business School, Harper Adams University, affiliated with the Global Institute for Agri-Tech Economics (GIATE). His research focuses on agricultural economics, digital financial inclusion, and environmental policy. He holds a PhD from Georg-August-University of Goettingen and is a member of the International Association of Agricultural Economists.
