Karl Behrendt

Professor Karl Behrendt is the Elizabeth Creak Chair in Agri-Tech Economic Modelling at Harper Adams Business School, Harper Adams University. He serves as the research centre lead for the Global Institute for Agri-Tech Economics (GIATE) and contributes to the Agroecology for Sustainable Food Systems group and the Centre for Social Science. His work integrates economics with science to inform decision-making in agricultural systems, focusing on the impacts of technology, climate change, and management on economic, environmental, and social outcomes.
